工作职责:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize the new employee orientation;
Collect analyze the training needs dept. to complete the annual training plan;
Manage the whole training progress, including the preparation of pre-training, execution of training, evaluation of training results so on;
Organize the internal external training according to training plan;
Operate online platform manage learning projects ;
Continuously optimize the training process analysis the training data;
Develop internal external training course manage internal trainers team;
Build the training supplier resource evaluate their performance;
Support supervisto conduct the talent development program: the trainee program, the vocational training program, career path, succession plan so on;
Other tasks assigned by team leader.
支持主管实施人才发展计划:培训生计划、职业培训计划、职业道路、继任计划等;
主管交办的其他工作;
根据培训计划组织内外部培训;
运营在线平台,管理学习项目;
持续优化训练流程,分析训练数据;
开发内外部培训课程,管理内训师团队;
建立培训供应商资源并评估其绩效.
任职资格:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Majis not limited, bacheldegree above
3 years above training experience, Automotive Manufacturing industry is plus
Good team spirit, Self-motivated, passionate, strong anti-pressure communicate ability, eager to learn
Good English office software skill.
