负责跟进设备变更或工程服务申请单（机械、木工类）、对电气维修提供技术支持，组织、协调并参与电气设备维修工作，确保设备正常运作。设计并实施或协助处理设备的改进，降低设备故障发生率，保障生产的正常运作。协助对电工的安全、环境和健康管理，指导对电工的安全教育、安全检查、员工健康以及确保安全用品的正确使用。
Responsible ffollow up ｅxecution of maintenance according to requested equipment modification other project service on machinery carpentry. Provide technical support on electrical maintenance . Organize, coordinate participate in electrical equipment maintenance to ensure smooth running of the equipment.  Coordinate implement modification of equipments as well to reduce equipment downtime ensure a smooth production. Assist  safety, environment health management of electricians , give guidance to subordinates to do safety education, safety detection, employee health.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
协助电工的安全、环境和健康管理工作，指导对电工的安全教育、安全检查、员工健康以及确保安全用品的正确使用，杜绝安全事故发生；
Assist safety, environment, health management of electricians , give guidance to subordinates to do safety education, safety detection, employee health ensure PPE are correctly used to avoid safety accidents.
参与并组织人员及时解决关键设备的故障，减少设备停机时间；
Arrange to resolve critical equipment breakdown to minis downtime.
跟踪关键设备运行状态，收集信息并分析，及时发现故障隐患并立即采取相应措施；
促进预防维修保养工作的有效实施，降低设备故障发生率；
Keep monitoring operating status of critical equipments.  Collect related data, find out root cause of breakage take effective measures.  Enhance preventive maintenance reduce downtime of equipment.
提供维修工段技术支持，并对维修人员作现场指导和技术培训，推进团队维修效率、维修技能的提高；
Provide technical support to maintenance function, provide coaching training to maintenance technicians to improve maintenance efficiency skill.
协助完善备件系统，保证维修工作顺利进行；
Assist in improving the spare part system ensure a smooth maintenance.
收集重要设备的维修数据，分析维修记录，提出设备改进方案，组织或协助实施设备的改进；
Collect necessary maintenance data’s, analyze maintenance records, provide improvement actions arrange the implementation of the actions.
总结并反馈新旧设备工作状况，为完善设备和新建设备提供合理的建议；
